We moved to Bude about three years ago and I signed up for two sessions with Bude Yoga.
Fast forward to now and I am still doing two sessions a week !!
The Studio is very professional and it offers the choice of three excellent Yoga teachers Debbie / Natasha / Poppy.
Poppy as the latest addition to the team matches the excellence of the other two in content /style .
I wouldn’t class myself as a “Bendy” but it doesn’t matter…everyone is catered for individually and we all benefit accordingly.
On holiday in Cornwall but didn’t want to miss out on my regular yoga practice so I got in touch with Bude Yoga. So glad I did. I joined a fantastic class and the teacher was just brilliant. Will definitely go when I’m next on holiday. Wish I could go regularly. It was brilliant!
