The pregnancy classes really helped me manage a difficult pregnancy and gave me some really good and useful tips for labour which I really believe helped me have a very positive experience. I enjoyed the classes and Rebecca is an excellant teacher and I look forward to joining her regular classes.
Becky is an inspiring, motivational and excellent practitioner. She fully understands that we all have different strengths and weaknesses and encourages us to work to our limits whilst pushing us to do our best and achieve great results. The classes are fun and rewarding and a everyone is welcome.
The best birth prep I had. I took the prenatal yoga classes and found them to be so relaxing and helpful. Although I had to have an unavoidable emergency c section I still found that Rebecca’s teachings helped me come to terms with the situation. I would attend the general yoga classes if it was nearer.
After making a New Year’s resolution 2 years ago, I have attended Core Yoga ever since and love it! Despite not having any yoga experience when I started, Rebecca made me feel so welcome and I found her easy-going and excellent at easing me into building up strength, stamina and flexibility. Little did I know when I first started how much I would really enjoy all aspects of yoga, asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation, I should of started years ago!. Rebecca has taught me how to use yoga techniques in daily life, which I have found particularly helpful to manage stresses at work, uni and bring my anxiety levels down!
I would thoroughly recommend coming along and trying out yoga with Rebecca whether you’re new to yoga or experienced. No two classes are the same, there is lots of variety with each class.
I attended the classes from when I was 12 weeks pregnant, I found them to be very beneficial, they taught be how to take out, relax and the breathing exercises were brilliant. The pelvic floor exercises were a huge help too.
I would highly recommend these classes to everyone, I had no previous yoga experience but the stretching was easier than I was expecting.
