I am Nina, I teach yoga from Blackheath and the surrounding areas, I love to teach creative and dynamic Vinyasa yoga but also love yin, restorative and flexibility based practise
currently my group classes run from Secret Studio, 46b Vanbrugh Park, SE3 7JQ
the schedule from now until September is:
THURSDAYS @ 9.45 am – 11am, Vinyasa perfect for all levels
and again @ 7.30-8.45pm

For PRIVATE 1:1 classes I can travel within SE London and possibly surrounding areas, just get in touch! 1hr 15min private session is £35 or book 4 for £120
