Eden Hot Yoga Lichfield will offer a wide variety of yoga styles catered for all needs and abilities. Rachel is the Founder and Director of Eden Hot Yoga and opened her first studio in 2013. Now with a studio in Cannock, Lichfield, Wolverhampton and Stafford, her dream to get everybody into Yoga, from builders to ballerinas, is becoming a reality. Her classes are a dynamic Vinyasa Flow integrating core work and breathing techniques with basic poses and creative sequencing.
