I have been a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma teacher for 28 years.
I am qualified to run Foundation Courses for BWY.
I am a student observer and assessor for BWY.
I am ITEC qualified in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage Diploma.
I have taught yoga in adult education, health clubs, schools, universities and in a psychiatric hospital.
I have a deep and personal interest in mental health issues, and try to actively raise awareness of the stigma and discrimination suffered by those who have a mental illness.
I have used some yoga experience and techniques when working alongside those with mental health issues.
