I have practised Yoga all my life and finally trained in 2017 to become a qualified Yoga Alliance teacher.
I teach small friendly group classes and ‘one to ones’ at your own home for £45.
Group Classes £10  drop-in or £54 for a block of 6 classes
Vinyasa flow links movement with breath, this mindful practice increases strength, flexibility and a feeling of calm. All levels are welcome
