I am a Yoga Teacher, teaching in the Brentwood area. I teach a dynamic style of yoga synchronising the breath with our movements, working the body fully to a variety of chilled and up tempo music.
I teach on Monday nights at Devi Deva Yoga Studio in Hutton at 7.45pm and I also offer 121 sessions in the luxury of your own home.
