Candice runs a fun and energising yoga class that really gets you moving! The relaxing savasana at the end always feels well deserved. I look forward to it every week!
I’ve only been able to attend a few of Candice’s classes as I live out of the area. I wish I was able to make it to her class more often as it’s a brilliant energetic yet mentally relaxing class.
