Getting a Handle on Stress – Clarity Workshop
Yoga Teacher in London, City of London
Who doesn’t feel stressed, anxious or depressed at least some of the time – if not most of the time? It seems to be part of modern living, along with associated issues, like insomnia, difficulties concentrating and effects on health.
This workshop will combine yoga, mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, a CBT-based psychological therapy) to manage and prevent these challenges of contemporary life.
You will learn more about why your mind and body react as they do, and gain practical tools to help you improve your health, relationships, work, wider life and grow your personal development. The workshops themselves are enjoyable, giving you time out to focus on what you need. Whether that be needing to relax, or to feel more energised. We see each participant as unique and aim to tailor our approach to benefit you the best. Ultimately, we want you to leave us with greater clarity, greater adaptability, and greater well-being.
