Hi! I’m Helen, and I am a 200h Yoga Alliance qualified teacher with specialist trainings in adult yoga for health, teen yoga, family yoga, accessible and inclusive yoga for families, and teaching yoga online. I’ve been a teacher for nearly 20 years, and teaching yoga for the past four.
I am currently teaching 1-2-1 adult online classes via zoom, with a high emphasis on targeted practices for health and recovery and women’s health and wellbeing.
I’m excited to offer a programme of in-person classes for Autumn 2022 including three new group courses, Yoga for Health, Mother and Daughter Yoga for Mums, Teens and Tweens, and Family Yoga for families with children aged 7+.
