As a firm believer in learning the joy of moment to moment mindfulness I welcome everyone to my classes with the view that you do what you can with what you have. Certified Yoga Alliance Teacher and a Teenyoga Teacher. Relaxed informal class in beautiful local hall over looking Loch Long. Ashtanga yoga Monday at 9.30am- 10.45am, Mens Yoga Monday 6-7pm, Seasonal Flow / Yin Yoga Tuesday 8-9.15pm. Private sessions available also Teen yoga and am available to work in schools.
