I am aYoga Teacher and Practitioner based in County Down, Northern Ireland. I originally fell in love with yoga in 2016, and. with a marketing and design background, started designing yoga mats. Zen Bear was born, and soon after I made the leap to do my teacher training in Goa, India. It was a transformational time learning the art of yoga, and I’d love to share this moving meditation tool with you to unlock tensions in your mind & body, enabling you to find the peace and calm within yourself.

Yoga classes are located at Zen Bear HQ in Ards Countryside, Northern Ireland. I also offer one-to one private or small group classes, as well as corporate and bridal party yoga.
