I became a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher (500 hours) in 2011 and have been practising yoga since 2003.
Classes are suitable for all and everyone is welcome.
One-to-one session and private small classes are also available.
In May 2016 I completed Calm for Kids ‘Teaching Yoga to Children’ course (accredited by Yoga Alliance UK). I am fully qualified to teach yoga to children aged 3yrs to teens.
