I am a British Wheel Of Yoga qualified and have been practicing Yoga for 35 years and teaching for 25 years.
The class is quite small, 10 people at most and of mixed abilities
I vary the class each week, so we can spend time on classic posture, as well as flowing through them. Although I take the Yoga seriously, we also have a lot of fun and often have a good laugh!
