We offer 2 studios hosting a variety of yoga classes including Hot Yoga- one of our favorites! We will also be scheduling Pilates and fitness class to enhance your overall health.
Hot Zen is proud to present state of the are heating system with optimal humidity, natural lighting and a safe setting in which you can practice your best moves. We have beautiful changing rooms with private showers for your use and a large parking lot.
