We are a Hot Yoga Studio in the centre of the beautiful town of Ilkley close to the train station 25mins from leeds with daily classes. Classes are taught in small groups of up to 10 and heated to 40C by state of the art, infra red (non glow) heaters.
We also offer twice daily meditation in our beautiful meditation room, Alternative Therapies, Art of Happiness Club (movie and book club), Demo Nutritional Kitchen, Shiatsu, Doula, Workshops and retreats, Wing Chun, Whirling Dervish workshops and much more,

The Happiness Centre is a great location, a peaceful space where we work hard in hot yoga! The instructors are inspiring and always help everyone to learn the correct postures. The benefits of hot yoga are already showing, I am energised, have increased flexibility and have toned and lost weight. I leave hot yoga glowing!
I always leave hot yoga glowing! I feel energised and peaceful at the same time. All the teachers are inspirational and help me to correct my postures. I am really seeing great results and enjoying the benefits of practicing yoga in high temperatures.
