A historical and unique venue with great facilities including a Moroccan style relaxation area. With plenty of light and room you can stretch out, expand your horizons, meet new people and relax your body, mind and soul.
This class will integrate all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class such as breath awareness, postures, sun salutations and some creative flowing sequences. Both dynamic and relaxing, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, lighter and brighter after creating space in the body and mind.
