Ishvari yoga has two beautiful yoga studios on the Herts and Essex boarder
The Studio at Ashfield’s is set in the beautifully manicured estate of Ashfield’s Carriage and Polo Club in Gt Canfield, Takeley.
The Studio at Redricks Lake is positioned to look over the beautiful lakes at Redricks Lane in Sawbridgeworth.
Our online yoga classes are streamed live from our Ashfield’s Studio so if you are unable to join us in the studio you can still feel part of our class from anywhere in the world.
At both studios we offer a variety of classes from beginners yoga, suitable for all ages and abilities to Flow yoga including the styles of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Jivamukti and Power Yoga an advanced class incorporating more challenging yoga asanas to specifically build strength and take your practice to the next level.

I attend the classes at the Ashfields studio it’s such a beautiful location the classes are really friendly and welcoming. The classes are really accessible I attend both beginners and flow classes which allow me to perfect my yoga technique and push me to try more advanced postures
