Iyengar yoga St Albans and Harpenden

Steve teaches Iyengar yoga classes for those who are new to yoga and experienced students. He is an Intermediate level 3 qualified Iyengar yoga teacher who Has been teaching full time since 2002.
He aims to inspire students to excel in their practice of yoga through sharing his enthusiasm and dedication. “Through teaching I hope to give students a supportive, safe and enjoyable foundation for their future interest in yoga study”.
