I’ve been interested in yoga since my teens, began Hatha Yoga classes and developing a personal practice in the mid 90’s and undertook my first teacher training in 2001. I began teaching in 2002 and since then have I’ve completed a number of other teacher trainings, as well as continual study with countless local and international teachers, as well as maintaining a constant personal study of Yoga, Tantra, Ayurveda and associated practices.
