Karmic Living offer Hatha yoga classes for mixed ability in Lemsford, Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield. Classes, run by yoga teacher Caroline Wilson, are warm, welcoming and friendly, whether you are a beginner or more experienced. Everyone gets to work at their own level of ability. So if you are new to yoga you will be introduced to yoga at the right level for you, whilst postures can be adapted and progressed for more experienced yogis and yoginis. Above all everyone is encouraged to enjoy their own yoga journey.
