Hi Lisa and Leanne,
Just wanted to say a big thank you for today’s workshop as I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Leanne had a particularly calming voice and a lovely gentle practice which was really soothing and calming especially if you have a racing mind like mine.
As for the dynamic meditiation, I absolutely loved it. Could I please just ask if this was your own playlist or if not would you be willing to share it as I would love to explore this a little further.
Also loved the aromatherapy part of the workshop as it is a particular interest of mine. I didn’t know about the thieves mix so that was a great story.
So all in all it was a very fulfilling experience and I am sure I will be attending other workshops in the future.
