My yoga classes won’t be the same as yoga classes you have experienced before. We will laugh, connect, have fun and most importantly, be ourselves.
With a blend of intention setting, breath, asanas (postures) and meditation, you will experience what yoga truly is enabling you to find self love on and off your mat.
Lauren Yoga is a space for you to love yourself completely, exactly as you are, even the wobbly bits and it doesn’t matter how flexible you are! My hamstrings aren’t flexible at all but that doesn’t make me any less able to do yoga!
Together we will find the magic in life we have been looking for!
