A perfect place to unwind, connect and well, find some space to breathe, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Little Breathing Space (formerly known as the Granary Cabin), is situated on the same idyllic site as The Granary Yoga Studio and B&B (just a few minutes drive from Marston Moretaine and Jct 13 on the M1), it is easily accessible from Bedford, Milton Keynes, Woburn and Ampthill.
Here you will find a wonderful community of yoga teachers and therapists offering a variety of yoga classes, holistic treatments, workshops and retreat days, all with your wellbeing in mind.
The cabin is also available for hire (subject to availability) for small group yoga classes (maximum 10 plus teacher), workshops and therapies.
