Experienced Yoga teacher with 200 hour International Yoga Alliance accreditation teaching Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga both in person and online. Classes are at Manley Village Hall, WA6 9EL. Sundays 3.30-4.30pm, Tuesdays 7-8 pm and Mondays 8-9pm online. Face to face classes are £7. Online are £3.50. Please see website for further details and contact information.
