Classes are held at Southwick Community Centre on Monday evenings at 5.45pm-7pm.
Suitable from 16-40+ weeks. (If you already practice yoga regularly or are used to exercise you can come along before 16 weeks)
First class £5. Following classes £45 for 5 classes, £85 for 10 classes or £10 drop-in.
Free parking at the venue, 10 minutes drive from Hove and Shoreham, and only 5 minutes walk from Southwick train station.
