Hello, I’m Charyn
I teach Yoga classes in Pregnancy, Postnatal as well as Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes – all the way up to toddlerhood. I am a qualified and fully insured massage therapist too with specialist treatments for pregnancy and the postnatal period. Phew! I know it sounds like a lot, but I totally love everything that I do, so it never feels like work at all.
Based in Princes Risborough, I teach all around the High Wycombe and Aylesbury area.
