Maureen Chitty is an experienced teacher and member of the Wheel of Yoga.
She is also a trained Alexander Techniques teacher which influences her Yoga Teaching. The classes include Yoga asanas, relaxation, breathing techniques and mediation. Mixed ability class, pupils work at their own pace in tune with their own abilities.
