MAYA Yoga for Children – is a fun filled weekly class, where a fusion of gentle yoga practice, music and art are used to help children develop their motor skills, flexibility, sensory awareness, foster emotional growth and creativity, build social skills and learn the art of relaxation.
suitable for children of P1 – P5 age.
The class takes place weekly, on Fridays, during the school term, 3.45pm – 4.45pm.
Fee is £6.00 per class.
