Hi! My name is Tracy and I am a mum of three children along with my beloved pets; a boxer dog, 2 cats and a rabbit.
My husband and I have practised yoga since our early 20s and my passion keeps growing!
I am registered under the Yoga Alliance for teaching Hatha Yoga, Prenatal, Postnatal and Mother and Baby Yoga.
I have lived in Sri-Lanka and enjoy travelling to absorb different cultures and spiritual knowledge.
“My Ashram Yoga” is a cosy Studio in the grounds of a secluded 17th Century Farm House. It is set within a beautiful garden among trees and fields so that you feel instantly connected to nature.
During the summer months classes will be held outside (weather permitting!).
I provide small, friendly and nurturing groups where you will meet like-minded friends and be encouraged along your own journey.
