I qualified as a yoga teacher in India and have returned repeatedly to Asia to deepen my understanding in yogic philosophy, asanas, nutrition, breath work and meditation.
Over the years I have worked closely with physiotherapists and within the NHS and offer remedial classes based on individual needs including pain and stress management, depression, neurological disorders and rehabilitation following injury.
Over the years I have helped many couples to conceive healthy babies through fertlity support including through IVF.
