Ashtanga Yoga With Becca
I am an Ashtanga yoga practitioner working in the Shoreham By Sea area. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years on and off and since completing my training last year I have developed a committed and steady practice on and off the mat.
I am running a Thursday morning class at the Yoga and Wellness Rooms in Shoreham By Sea, at 9.30-10.30am this is an intermediate class. Beginners are very welcome. Please email at Om_yoga@outlook.com for any questions.
