Initially, OrcKid provided yoga for Primary schools across Dorset – hence the ’K’ in OrcKid.
Essentially Hatha yoga – I offer an eclectic style to suit differing needs of different age groups, in the hope that a little enjoyment and a little peace can be felt by all.
