Pleasantly surprised by the location and the teacher.
Having had a history of chronic back pain and after a few recommendations, I decided to give yoga a shot. I did my research and found that yin-yoga/hatha yoga would be most suitable for a beginner with back pain. I told the teacher about my back problem and she somehow tailored the class accordingly. I think this class is a good introduction to yoga and I shall be attending regularly – just need to make it in time from work.
