Fully qualified pregnancy, baby and Dru yoga teacher offers welcoming, friendly, revitalising and relaxing classes for mums-to-be, new mums, men, women and teenagers in the Newport area. Classes are all held in Trinity Church, Wellington Road, Newport, Shropshire, TF10 7RH and are as follows:
Baby yoga-Thursday’s 1.30-3.00pm (£5 drop in)
Pregnancy yoga-Fridays 6.00-7.15pm (blocks of 6 £36)
Dru yoga-Fridays 7.30-9.00pm (£7 drop in)
Retreats are also available, along with birth preparation classes.
