I am so pleased I chose Red Hot Yoga as the place to do my 200 hours yoga teacher training and a few CPD courses. Ii’s a wonderful centre with passionately dedicated staff. The studio well deserves its many awards.
First practised yoga at Red Hot Yoga April 2011 just after they opened, I loved the studio from the minute I stepped through the door. The classes are wonderful and all the teachers each with their unique teaching styles offer something different. I couldn’t recommend this studio more and can’t wait till they expand, there will be such a variety of yoga all under one roof!
