Iyengar yoga classes suitable to beginner and more experienced students. Iyengar yoga is a discipline that focus on alignment and precision on the performance of the postures. Each student work at their own pace however they are always encouraged to achieve further.
The teachers Grazia and Robbie, both hold an Intermediate Junior 3 certificate and are members of the Iyengar Yoga Association-UK, they have both travelled to India to studied with Mr Iyengar himself, his daughter Geetaji, his son Prashant Iyengar and his Senior teachers, as well as helping in the medical classes at the Institute in Pune-India.
