Rosy is a fully qualified Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher and fully insured. Having trained in India and also in London the classes are enjoyable and the postures can be done at your own pace. There is a gentle warm up at the start followed by fuller stretches and postures in the middle and then a warm down and finally a relaxation at the end so you can leave feeling calm and peaceful.
I play a crystal singing bowl at the beginning and end of every class.
