I have 30 years of yoga experience as I have been doing it all my life. I have tough children’s, adults, chair, 1-1 and power yoga but I am currently focused on Pregnancy and Baby yoga. I have daytime and evening classes in small intermate groups in the center of Macclesfield that are all easy to access.
