I teach Hatha, Yin, restorative, chair, gentle and Yoga Nidra. I have a down-to-earth, accessible style. I often work in community settings and with people who are older, recovering from injury or neurodivergent (like me).
I am an academic researcher and my PHD thesis looked at diversity and inclusion in yoga. I have published on topics including spirituality in yoga. I offer training and workshops on yoga history and philosophy.
I have been teaching since 2017 and received my 200-hour RYT qualification from Yogacampus (Life Centre London). I have trained with Norman Blair, Richard Freeman and Doug Keller. I am an Accessible Yoga Ambassador for the Accessible Yoga Network.
