Yoga Teacher in Dartford, Kent
I am a qualified and experienced yoga teacher living in the Dartford area. I taught classes locally in Dartford and Crayford since 2014, however, since the pandemic I transferred my teaching online and am currently offering 3 regular classes via Zoom:
Mondays: 7.00pm to 8.00pm
Wednesdays: 9.30am to 10.30am
Fridays: 9.30am to 10.30am
Zoom classes are offered at a discounted rate of £5 and once you have been once you will have the Zoom link which enables you to drop in as and when you wish. My classes are light-hearted and new students are always made to feel welcome and comfortable.

I love Emma’s yoga. I have been going to the Europa Gym drop in classes for three years now. There are all ages there and all abilities toi. There is no pressure to perform, Emma mixes basic and challlenging poses to create classes that are both comfortable and exciting. Mt mind and body love it! I feel so much better after every session. Emma is a shining light, she is kind, caring and genuine and is truly dedicated to sharing her love for yoga. I really enjoy the classes and look forward to them every week.
I love Emma’s yoga classes and have been going for over a year now. I started as a nervous beginner and Emma made me feel very welcome and put me instantly at ease and even though there can sometimes be lots of different abilities in each class Emma makes sure everyone is looked after. I noticed an improvement in my flexibility very quickly and have continued to go regularly. Every week she builds around a different theme so we always get a mix of postures and I can feel challenged if I want to be or if I need to take it easy then there are gentler options too. I would definitely recommend to anyone to give it a go! The relaxation at the end leaves you feeling so refreshed and yet energised to continue about your day!
