Serendipity Yogi’s – lessons in North Powys

Hi,

I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Primary Series, Pre/Post Natal and Children’s Yoga. I am mainly focussed on 1-2-1’s at this time (I charge £30 per hour), due to working full-time. I am looking at establishing a new beginners class in Llanbrynmair, Powys.

I also run bi-annual Yoga retreats in the central England region, with a focus on offering a variety of practical and theoretical sessions, to suit all abilities, with a “no pressure” attitude – encouraging participants to take part in activities that interest them personally.
