Hatha based yoga classes in and around the Basingstoke area. Suitable for all, including breathing exercises and meditation to complement the physical postures. I create my classes using experience from many different styles and aspects of yoga I have practiced over the last 10 years. While they may be physically challenging I aim to make them fun and relaxing.
I am a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
