I am a Hatha Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and a Reiki Master Practitioner.
I have also trained as a Yin Yoga Teacher with Sarah Lo and have developed Spiritually for many years, so I bring an eclectic approach to my teaching.
I am passionate about helping people to find a sense of joy and peace as they walk along their path in this physical life. My aim is to simply share the wisdoms I’ve gathered along my journey and through my own personal practice and experience.
My belief as taught to us from The Bhagavad Gita is that Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self.
