Ashtanga, and Hatha yoga classes in locations in the South Hams. ( Kingsbridge, Aveton Gifford)
Day and evening classes. @ £16 drop in rate. @£13/class when multiple classes are booked
Harbour House classes in Kingsbridge are drop in other classes are bookable by the term. Students may start mid term and use credits in any of my classes. You can attend any number of the classes depending on your schedule
Classes are fun and relaxed with postures/exercises taught in a progressive way developing your strength and fitness at your pace.
