Sun & Moon Yoga Glengormley Newtownabbey Belfast Antrim

We found there was very little in the Newtownabbey area for those wishing to do Yoga. We are local, trained by a recognised school of Yoga, and have the use of a well-equipped studio in Physiotherapy Associates, Glengormley.
We wish to help people to be healthy and to learn more about our bodies. We operate small, intimate classes which delivered in a supportive, welcoming environment. Our guiding principals are good positioning and good technique.
Our classes are limited to 6 people keeping them intimate, supportive and beneficial. You will get more personal guidance and support from your teacher as a result. We want you to feel welcome, and at ease, allowing the Yoga to work best for you.
Our classes are £6 pay as you go or £36 for 6 classes which can be taken any time (don’t have to be consecutive).
