I attended Tarik’s beginner and intermediate classes in Bounds Green for several years. He is an excellent teacher, dynamic, patient and with lots of energy to share. Highly recommended. We miss him in Bounds Green!
I try to attend Tarik’s classes when possible. His emphasis on Ayurveda had greatly influenced both my yoga practice and my lifestyle. A lovely teacher.
