The Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living is an award winning registered charity that is the leading centre for Yoga in Hertfordshire. There are 24 classes per week, Monday to Saturday in term time. From beginners to advanced classes including Iyengar Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Ante Natal Yoga, Post Natal Yoga and Yoga for Teens.
All yoga tutors are highly qualified and very experienced with classes being relaxed and friendly. The Centre is set on an 8 acre green belt site providing an atmosphere of calm and healing.
