The Yoga House is a cosy yoga and pilates studio in the heart of Crossgates. Our aim is to build a down to earth, supportive yoga community, where everyone feels at home. We offer a variety of classes, courses and workshops to help you move, breathe and relax. Our mission is to make yoga accessible for all; we have a range of beginners classes and courses for those starting out on their yoga journey, as well as children’s yoga, men’s yoga, fitness based yoga, gentle yoga, and yoga for living with cancer.
