My name is Veronica Mellor and I am a Certified Yoga Teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals, and am also VTCT qualified in both Sports Massage Therapy and Beauty Therapy Massage.
My love of Ayurveda led me to further train in Ayurvedic Massage Therapy.
Finally with a passion for massage, I have also trained to be able to offer the most indulgent Hot Lava Shells massage experiences imaginable.
My philosophy is that Yoga is for everyone – it’s easy to get started … let the benefits begin
I am deeply passionate about yoga and want you to leave my classes surprised by what you have accomplished.
And … as a Sports Massage Therapist trained in anatomy and physiology I have an understanding of achieving and maintaining a strong, flexible and healthy body.
